Reservations and Payments

• A deposit of 50% of the total charter value is required to guarantee the reservation.
• 100% of the payment must be completed at least 24 hours before departure.
• No reservation is considered confirmed without the corresponding payment.
• No refunds will be given in case of cancellation by the client with less than 5 days’ notice.
• If the charter is canceled by the company due to adverse weather conditions before departure, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Arrival and Departure

• Passengers are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time to avoid delays.
• In case of delay by the client, the lost time will be deducted from the total charter time with no refunds or extensions.
• If the client does not show up within 35 minutes after the departure time, the charter will be considered canceled with no right to a refund.

Weather Conditions and Safety

• Passenger safety is a priority. The decision to depart or cancel the trip due to bad weather or rough seas is at the captain’s discretion.
• Rain is not considered bad weather and the charter will proceed as planned.
• If the weather changes unexpectedly during the charter and the captain decides to return for safety reasons, no partial refunds will be given.

Seasickness or Discomfort

• If a passenger feels unwell (seasickness, discomfort, imbalance, etc.) and requests to return early, the charter will be considered finished with no right to a refund.
• If the captain determines it is necessary to return due to a medical emergency, the trip will end with no refunds.

Number of Passengers

• The maximum number of passengers is determined by the vessel’s registration certificate and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.

Conduct and Responsibility

• The captain has absolute authority on board and all passengers must follow their instructions at all times.
• The use of drugs and illegal substances is prohibited.
• Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. The captain has the authority to prohibit its consumption, deny access to intoxicated passengers, or cancel the charter without refund if safety is deemed at risk.
• If a passenger causes damage to equipment or the vessel due to negligence or inappropriate behavior, they must cover the repair or replacement costs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Onboard Safety

• A mandatory safety briefing will be given before departure.
• The crew has the right to require any passenger to wear a life jacket at any time.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent and wear a life jacket at all times.
• People who cannot swim must wear a life jacket throughout the experience.

Fishing Rules

• All fishing activities will be conducted under local regulations.
• We do not guarantee catches, as fishing depends on factors beyond our control.
• The decision to keep or release catches is at the captain’s discretion.

Modifications and Cancellations by the Company

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational, weather, or safety reasons.
• If the captain considers that the safety of passengers or the vessel is at risk, they have the authority to cancel or end the charter at any time without refund.
• We are not responsible for transportation, accommodation, or other additional costs in case of cancellation.

Acceptance of Risks

• Participating in a fishing charter or sea tour involves inherent risks.
• By booking, each passenger assumes full responsibility for their participation and releases the company and its shareholders from any claims for accidents or incidents beyond our control.
• Each passenger is responsible for any medical costs arising from their participation in the activity, and under no circumstances will the company or its shareholders be liable.

• By booking, the client declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
