Founded in 1953 and located between 2,250 and 2,800 meters above sea level, Finca El Oasis holds the title of the highest estate in all of Panama. Its 208 hectares are located in El Salto de Bajo Boquete, inside the Volcán Barú National Park. Its illustrious founder, Mr. Máximo Menéndez González (Don Yen), upon perceiving the notable diversity of the estate, chose to name it El Oasis.
Currently, the owner, Bredio Menéndez, collaborates in the management with his three sons: Máximo Menéndez, Rolando Menéndez and Bredio Menéndez, all of them focused on providing an unforgettable experience.
Finca El Oasis gives its visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich biodiversity of the Volcán Barú National Park. In addition to offering guided excursions, the farm offers adventure tourism options such as zip lining, sheep tours and high-quality accommodation.
