3. Brisas del Mar

• Description: These rentals place a heavy emphasis on proximity and convenience. They are situated just steps away from the Vento Club, right on the beach, and sit directly across the street from the complex’s main sports and athletic courts.

4. Ventanas del Mar

• Ideal for: A top favorite for families and multi-generational groups of friends.

• Description: This tower group stands out for its extensive and vibrant family-oriented social area. It features two large swimming pools, a playground, a dedicated children’s splash pool, beach soccer, and beach volleyball courts. 6. Villa Residences

• Description: This group of oceanfront properties is situated mere steps from the sand and offers direct access to the Vento Beach Club. Because each residential house is built low to the ground (consisting of only two ground-floor apartments and two first-floor apartments), it is highly recommended for seniors or guests with reduced mobility who want easy access to the beach, pool, and reception without navigating massive tower blocks.
